The Germanic Land Service was a National Socialist organization founded in 1942 in the German-occupied Netherlands. As part of the Germanization policy, it served to indoctrinate Dutch youths with Nazi ideology and recruit them for agricultural work. It was organizationally subordinate to Arthur Seyß-Inquart, Reich Commissioner for the Netherlands. However, the organization was effectively led by Hanns Albin Rauter, Higher SS and Police Leader for the Netherlands.
