Ground Combat Badge of the Luftwaffe, Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid (FLL), eagle inlay missing

Luftwaffe Ground Combat Badge . The award is made of zinc. The separately riveted, non-ferrous metal eagle overlay is missing (!), but the remainder of the fastening rivet is still in the hole. Otherwise, the badge is in very good condition, showing only minimal wear. The oak leaf wreath is fully silvered. The cloud, lightning bolt, and ground still retain their dark, complete plating. As is typical for this variant, it lacks a maker's mark, but it is a known variant from the Friedrich Linden company of Lüdenscheid (FLL). See the GCA database.
